With the NetDex app, locating essential service providers becomes effortless through simple keyword searches.

One standout feature of NetDex is the creation of a personalized Rolodex. Users can effortlessly add service providers by utilizing the ‘add provider’ feature, even if they lack comprehensive information about the business. If only partial details are available, NetDex staff will conduct research to fill in any missing gaps and update contact information accordingly. Additionally, users can seamlessly integrate businesses with existing profiles in the NetDex database by selecting the add feature.

Once service providers are cataloged in one's Rolodex, users have the option to recommend them to others within their established network. NetDex intelligently cross-references contact data from users' devices to identify potential connections among other users of the app. The Connections tab allows for simple requests to establish these relationships. Upon establishing a connection, users can view recommended service providers from their network, fostering an environment of trusted recommendations rather than relying on social media acquaintances. This selective approach ensures that suggestions come from individuals with whom users have real connections.

Searching for a specific service provider is straightforward. Users can access their Rolodex and input keywords related to location, task, or company names to reveal matching service providers.
